About my Retreats

My retreats are designed to give you the space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Life moves quickly, and it’s easy to lose touch with what matters most. These retreats offer a chance to slow down, immerse yourself in yoga and mindfulness, and enjoy nourishing food in beautiful, peaceful surroundings.

I believe that time for reflection and renewal should never feel out of reach. That’s why my retreats are accessible and affordable, without compromising on quality. Every experience is thoughtfully curated to include expert teaching, delicious meals, and a supportive environment that feels welcoming to all.

Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll find a balance of movement, breathwork, and philosophy woven into each day. There’s time for stillness, laughter, and connection, with yourself and with others. Past retreats have included guided meditation, workshops on yoga philosophy, and plenty of space for rest and reflection.

Since 2023, I’ve had the privilege of guiding over a hundred participants through these experiences, and I’m excited to continue creating spaces that feel inclusive, heart-led, and transformative. In 2026, I’ll be expanding internationally, bringing this same ethos to new locations.

  • Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

    If you have to cancel your spot please do so in writing to niamhpollinsyoga@gmail.com.

    Regardless of the reason, the following cancellation fee will apply:

    Notification received 8 weeks before start of retreat : deposit is non-refundable

    Notification received less than 8 weeks before start of retreat : 100% of retreat price.

    To protect against any loss we recommend you obtain related insurance cover.

    Niamh Polling Yoga reserves the right to cancel the retreat if required to due to unforeseen circumstances. In such circumstances the participants will be informed promptly and registration monies will be reimbursed. Any travel costs will not be reimbursed. We recommend all participants get coverage through their travel insurance. Please make sure you have medical and travel insurance that covers the area you will be in and the activities that you will be doing.

  • You will be sent the exact location of the venue on confirmation of booking.

    The venue can be accessed Despenser Airport. It is approximately a 4 hour drive to the venue.

    Gojek or Grab are in operation in the area and it is the easiest way to get to us (approx cost of €45). If you would prefer I can organise a private driver for you but at a cost of €100.

    In advance of the retreat we will connect you with other participants arriving at the same time as you to facilitate sharing taxis.

    Denpasar Airport

    If you are using Gojek, follow the signs for transfers and go straight to the desk and they will assist you. Do not go with any other drivers.

  • All that you need to bring is your clothing for yoga and hiking, something that makes you feel like a goddess yet comfortable for the ceremonies and bathing wear. A detailed list is sent out a few weeks before the retreat. For those that are mosquito magnets like myself please bring some repellent and itch cream!

  • No, my classes and retreats cater to all levels. I give variations and modifications for all levels.

  • Check in 2pm

    If your flight arrives earlier you are welcome to come to the venue and relax in the on-site restaurant or pool until your room is ready. We begin with a opening circle on the first evening at 5:30pm followed a practice and dinner.

    Check out 11am

    On the final day, there will be morning meditation and yoga followed by breakfast before you check-out. If your flight is later that day you are welcome to relax at the communal pool or restaurant.
